Think that's because they name their files that way as they record them - though sometimes they change them (e.g. get 12" tracks mixed up then sort them out afterwards) and you'll see these change as they are played. The way WMP works (and it sounds like Winamp's the same) when there's a playlist it titles the track from the playlist in advance of it being played, then as it's played it reads the "embedded" info on the track (ie. what it was first called when you recorded it, not the name of the clip if you've changed it).
