So got some more tunes I wanna talk about, it's kinda 313-related so don't press delete yet. :)

Omar S - 111 - FXHE
New double pack from AOS. I'd promised myself that I'd stop buying his records but here I am again wih a copy in front of me. Despite all the substandard production values (better with this release) and overly looped up arrangements there is still something unique about the atmosphere he gets on his tracks. 'D Fo Sho' is my pick of this release, kind of evolving in a BC kinda way. 'The Maker' is the Oasis 21 riddim (heh) with a vocal on it which lifts the track above the already good 21. The controlled intensity (compared with people like Jamal Moss) of 'Motor City Jackpot' works for me too. I wonder if I can resist the next one? :) (Also comes with a CDR DJ mix by Omar S, not listened to it properly but from a quick flick sounds pretty good.)

The 7S collective Vol2 - Seventh Sign
I picked this up for Estroe's Bellisimore. A wicked straight down the line detroit techno record. OK so it sounds like Derrick but when it sounds this good who cares. Pitch down (or even better slow down in Live) for maximum effect. Not really given the other two tracks much time yet.

Redshape - Misc Usage - Delsin
Redshape hitting the spot yet again. This time slower and even more deadly. So, Redshape are hard to keep up with at the mo as they have stuff out all over the shop but for me it's worth keeping up as every release is quality. I'm getting used to the sound of their "string" machine though :). We're looking at more of a Chicago flavour to this ep. Misc Usage needing special mention for the sheer overwhelming bass. Ace.

Various - What's Next EP - Eevonext.com
New off shoot Eevolute (see website for details). I'm liking all three of these tracks. Terrace chiming best with my melancholic autumn mood with The Moderator track a close second, the Estroe track bringing up the rear.
Best of all this is a free download so get on it!

Sound Stream - Makin Love/Love Jam - Sound Stream
Latest Soundstream. Makin Love is a little disappointing really (formulaic sample based stuff) but Love Jam is nicely wonky with early Warp style clonking noises which would have me and my mates going mad on a floor.

DCast Dynamics - Transmigration ep - Southern Outpost
Shad Scott (Go Sub) working that Donald/Stinson vibe electro which I personally can't get enough of. All four tracks are good but it's Matter with it's low tempo and Miss You with the floaty vibe that get me at the moment.

Honourable repress mentions:
Trailer Ends - Runnin Around - Downtown 161
Chez N Trent - Hip to be disillusioned - Prescription Vault
Phuture - Slam Dance - Window
