If you can afford it, host it yourself. Get a DSL connection with a static
IP, a Pentium 233MMX with all UWSCSI drives and buckeloads of RAM (my
current socket7 motherboard supports 768MB of ram), and a copy of Win2k
server or Red Hat Linux Server.

Really, that's probably all you'll need. Go dual PPro or dual P2's if you
think you'll get hit often.
