That's too bad. I remember trying to find the place (and getting lots of
help from the locals) the first time I was in Japan. They had a pretty nice
selection. I even ended up trading mix tapes with one of the guys that
worked there (Morita Takeda Taniguchi). I still listen to that mix from time
to time. I also remember having lots of "fun" trying to pack/stuff several
pieces of vinyl in my luggage for the trip back home.

I may be back in that area soon and had been looking forward to visiting the
place again. There goes that idea...

That really is a shame. I liked that store. Hopefully, this isn't an
indicator of the Japanese techno scene.

"I know... it"s not good..  well, Cisco in Osaka is closing down, but
they are combining all the stores in Tokyo into 1 store.  So, there"ll
be techno, house, trance, reggae in one store."

Shame, I have some special memories of Cisco Techno in Shibuya.
