The plug-in "seems" to be ALP, though I'm not sure.
The error is on the customer's machine.
I'll have to get the full error info from them when I'm connected next.

Which plugin and what is the full error stack (seen when clicking on the 
Details button of the error dialog - you can even click COPY to copy it to the 
clipboard from here).
