Hello Daniel,

I have used a solution from the last century that I am happy with for quite
some time:

A table tracks who modified/deleted what record of what table and when, and
a related table listing the old/new values if modified fields.

It lets me see:

Who modified things daily,

What Tables were modified,

What Records of a table were modified,

And what were the field values that were modified.

This structure allows the boss to easily see who did what, and where.

Creating a mirror table seems a bit of overkill.
