I believe that there was no 4D Insider for Windows on that version. I’m pretty 
sure all development was done on Macs and then there was a transporter app for 
Windows.

The plugins resided in folders - named something like Mac4Dx for Macs and 
Win4Dx for windows.

I’m pretty sure I trashed all of my old versions up t0 2004 at least.
