Same as Cannon. One background process that does quite a lot. Others that just 
wake up, check something and go back to sleep. There doesn't seem to be any 
rhyme or reason to it which is why it's so difficult to reproduce. I'm not sure 
how it *couldn't* be a problem with DELAY PROCESS.
