        Hmmmm. I think you are right. In fact after reading your suggestion I 
found a tip posted by Keisuke back in 2015 about converting 4D Write to PDF by 
using CONVERT PICTURE. He discusses it in terms of using the trick to store 
them “Outside the data file” which exactly where I am and want to continue 
storing the documents….

        I have tested his tip in my situation and it works perfectly.

        Keisuke, if you are monitoring this thread, is there a way to easily do 
the same thing with a 4D Write Pro document? I am researching this now, but 
thought you might be able to save me sometime.
