Try this:
1 - Run a backup of the data it will save you time launching the new data if
you add the 4Dindx to the backup

2 - Copy the backup to your PC
3 - Launch 4D or 4D Server on your PC and run File:Restore..., select the
backup that you copied, it will uncompressed the backed up files for your use.
