Are you also running any part of osx server? I have also found that sometimes
the built in apace server gets started on the machine. In both cases the ports
are in use and you will not be able to start your 4D with 80 or 443.

Use `sudo lsof -i :8` and look for listeners. Then you may have to trace down
who the service is running for. If you have OSX server running then your using
both ports even if you have no known services running.
