Hi, this is not weird at all. This is described since a while that the licrary should be converted before moving to 64 bits application. V17 is the latest major version (in 32bits) able to allow you to do that. It seems that V18 will be delivered only in 64 bits due to contrainsts coming from exploitation systems (Win & Mac).
