I think you do, It's not included in the firmware-non-free from debian,
and - as the website says - it is not present in linux-2.6.25 and newer
or compat-wireless-2.6.

We'll need to read their license to see if we can come up with a package
that installs it automatically or ship it somehow.
Since debian includes a package bcm43xx-fwcutter, I guess the only
solution is to cut the firmware out of the "official driver" provided by
Broadcom.

Sorry about my first assumption it would work OOTB; I should have done
my homework properly before saying that..
