it might be better not to install it by default for the next release of 64 Studio, so people will install it by their own. If something is installed some people might not try to reinstall it, if it's not running.
The flashplugin-nonfree install only works 'out of the box' if the machine you are installing has a working Internet connection at the time.
If there is DHCP available on the network, that should be the case, but if people set up their network after the install or have a non-supported wireless chipset, it will not.
