Just to see how it's for this list. What WM/DE do you like the most?
I prefer KDE 3.5.9 on KWin, but for my 64 Studio default install I'm using the default GNOME, resp. I would use the default GNOME, with less changed settings, if MIDI would be fine for my computer. Do you have problems with installing your favoured WM/DE? I don't have problems to install my prefered WM/DE or others I like too, for Suse and 64 Studio, the distros I prefer.
