gparted is a basic application for my Linux :( ... gparted isn't able to write a new msdos label (other options aren't available for the stick). cfdisk (with -z option) isn't able to complete formating and partitioning. They don't can take access to the USB stick. There seems to be the need to disable a access protection. I tried all basics like fsck and later some Windows applications too.
