Hi :)
I should rest a day, now I definitive make mistakes.
Bad news for my USB device, might be good news for my IDE. Half asleep I
made a mistake, I might have done before. Maybe cfdisk wrote to the IDE
instead of writing to the USB stick and that's why the IDEs MBR and/or
EBR is broken ;).
I'll google for the places in the MBR, were the pointers are pointing at
GRUB and the Windows boot loader. I will restore anything in the MBR,
excepted this two pointers, because I've got a backup of the MBR with
the wanted partition table, but without this pointers. Until now I had
bad luck with searching for this information.
Okay, it's easy to rewrite GRUB, but I've no media to rewrite the
Windows boot loader.
I'll also google if it's possible to get a 'start CD' for Windows XP, by
Windows XP, but I guess it's only possible to get a start disc.

I opened a terminal again. I made a mistake :(.

It makes me wonder, that if I had overwritten the MBR of my IDE, there's
still a pointer to GRUB and it's still possible that I can boot Windows
on the IDE. I also wonder if the EBR might be overwritten too.
I have a dd backup of the MBR without the pointers to GRUB and the
Windows bootloader, but no backup of the EBR.
I have a backup of my Windows done by Acronis True Image, so (Google
said) I also should have a MBR (by Acronis, that means with the pointer
to GRUB and the Windows boot loader).
Hm, I didn't found an option to only restore the MBR by True Image.
I made a backup of the actual MBRs (and a mistake again):
