Possibly, though a live CD could be considered to be "easier". This of course assumes that "easier" is better, and I am not convinced that this is the case. Before you try to convince me, first you need to figure out what you mean by "easier". Don't reply today, think about this for a while. I have not looked at it in depth (ran a Ubuntu based on it for a month). There would be an IO penalty for this solution, though on modern hardware most people are not likely to notice. Also, it is harder to troubleshoot boot problems and data recovery is harder when something does go wrong. IMO it is not worth it unless there is significant interest. Of course the WUBI source code is available: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=198355&package_id=234923 if you want to try a 64Studio install, it does not look too hard to customize. Check out the data/isolist.ini. You should also RTFM.
