I don't have the time to read everything about this, but maybe you can find the right way to make a link at http://www.nabble.com/symlinking-libjack-td5549930.html#a5549930, if there will be the need to compile JACK. Maybe you can search the jack-dev mailing list archive to find a solution for your problem, without compiling JACK.
