Hi :)

date of delivery for my ASUS M2A-VM HDMI according to the invoice was
2008-April-01. Now, nearly 14 month later this mobo seems to be fine
with rt-audio on Linux.

dmidecode | grep BIOS: Revision 2302
     Distro: 64 Studio 3.0-beta3
     Setup : jackdmp 1.9.2 (jackd -Rdalsa -dhw:0 -r48000 -p256 -n2)
             qtractor 0.4.0
     DSSIs : hexter for bass
             fluidsynth for drums
     Result: 100% crash-free {until now :S}
Bonus : qtractor restores jack audio and alsa MIDI connections

     Problems :

                      # Envy24 control doesn't store profils
                      # because of qtractor I needed to change from a
dark to a light theme for GNOME and I guess this
won't be better for my favourite KDE
                      # because timidity appears in the connections MIDI
menu by default, I tried to use this as
metronome-sample-player first, but it didn't work

I hope it will be on-going stable.

To be continued,
Ralf
