I got a license for energyXT2 (http://www.energy-xt.com/index.php) a couple of
years ago, but the Linux version has always been a bit disappointing, though
I keep an eye on it to see if there is any progress. The most recent version
(2.5.1) seems to have cured the display problems that previous versions had,
which was the big showstopper for me, but there is still the oddity that a
libaam.so that works with JACK isn't distributed with the app - you have to
go looking for one. The big drawback with this version is that when I try to
use an external keyboard it doesn't work - on older versions ticking aseq0 on
File -> Setup -> MIDI did the trick, but not now. I think energyXT is the
sequencer used on Indamixx, so I was wondering if any 64studio people had
used energyXT2 and come across a fix for this problem.
