Hello,

This bit of help (http://ubuntuforums.org/showpost.php?p=117829&postcount=2)
has worked for me in the past.

And grub error 15 is kind of a mild problem (
http://stringofthoughts.wordpress.com/2009/05/25/grub-error-15-debianubuntu/).
I think the partition number has changed.
