I have submitted this I-D in order to update RFC 8163 to reflect the name
change of the underlying MS/TP data link in the ASHRAE BACnet standard. I
have also updated references and incorporated the one errata that was
reported.

The differences mainly are to do with terminology, with the exception of
fixing the errata. It may be the case that there's a better way to make the
requisite changes to the RFC but we can discuss this in the meeting. Please
let me know if you have any questions.
