Not now, but we are on the brink of rechartering.
It very much *is* in the scope right now to have a problem statement/
security analysis that prepares this.

This document will be informational.
So if an argument can be made that e.g. frame counter synchronization
is a good way to solve replay, let's go ahead and write this up.
