I have read the proposed changes to the charter, and they seem to make sense to me.
The Blue/Yellow/Red changes do not come through email. (nor should they) I assumed that the slides are accurate in this regard, but this is what I found in red in the slides: > The work will include a best practice configuration for RPL and OF0 > operation over the static schedule.
