Attracting your attention to a draft that is on the works at 6TiSCH to provide
the view that the group has on deterministic networking and the needs that
DetNet could help fulfill. In particular, section 4 has the following:

1) The group is not chartered yet for it though it listed in the draft
re-charter
2) There is no WG consensus yet on the content
Feedback from DetNet on whether that makes sense at all and if so whether that
can be accommodated within DetNet models and protocols would be welcome, please
cc 6TiSCH on comments.
