Attracting your attention to a draft that is on the works at 6TiSCH to provide
the view that the group has on centralized route computation and the needs that
PCE could help fulfill. In particular, section 4 has the following:

1) The group is not chartered yet for it though it listed in the draft
re-charter
2) There is no WG consensus yet on the content
Feedback from PCE on whether that makes sense at all and, if so, whether the
PCE fits the needs and whether the PCE protocols can be adapted would be
welcome; please cc 6TiSCH on comments.
