I think we should just get together and scratch the formal procedures.
Just hang out. 

I know the differences between a formally structured agenda vs. a casual
enthusiast's club were discussed early during our charter process, but
since no one has tabled any ideas with enthusiasm, let's just set a date
and see who shows up and talk about whatever.
