Not to beat a dead horse (to death) but I wanted to correct something I had said yesterday, and that was when I summarized someone's blog page and mentioned that Microsoft had agreed not to go after people using software that they deemed to be in violation of their patents. I was assuming this was applied across the board, but upon reading more, it appears that they will only indemnify against patent lawsuits if you "pay" and use the "special" Novell Linux.
