We already do this for RHEL and CentOS Internet servers, but not for 
desktop systems.

We use a staff of RHCEs in India, but we generally don't get them to 
come up with answers, only to do work.

Our experience has been that in India, anyway, we get people who are 
great at following specific directions, but not at doing research or 
making decisions.
