Got a client that has FIOS in their home and wants to setup up 5 Linux servers for various tasks. They already have the 5 static IPs. They want a "cheap" router/switch to put in place to basically just split the connection so each box will fend for itself on the net. I have pushed the Cisco/PIX route but its a no go. Client is determined to go this way.
Any suggestions for a cheap router/switch that will give some decent performance for moving stuff internally between the boxes as well as hosting it out onto the net?
