Adding a couple details to my previous reply... With Linksys BEFSR81 8-port "Etherfast Cable/DSL router" & Verizon 15/2 Fios: When i ran speed test on dslreports.com on one machine by itself, i got speed of about 5Mbps (Firefox/debian). When I ran the dslreports speed test on 2 machines simultaneously, I got a little under 5Mbps on each at the same time (Fx/deb & Fx/Mandriva). Neither debian nor mandriva box was on the priority-QoS port that had previously been used for VOIP.
