If you want pretty graphics, make sure you are running at least Home
Premium... if you dont mind shelling out the cash for it Ultimate is fun :D

Though this is offtopic, I think it's probably the best of the lists I'm
on to ask the question... we have a lot of good geeks here who use both
free and non-free software. Please feel free to chastise me if I've
guessed incorrectly <smile>.

I'm going to get a Windows box. Which version of Vista should I get?

I need it for testing sites on IE, and for installing graphics programs
to be compatible with my graphics designers.

And to be able to run and test Outlook Express as well.

But I won't mind seeing neat graphics if it doesn't make it too
expensive <smile>.

And should I buy a box at Frys? Or PC Club? Or whom? I don't need a
keyboard, mouse or monitor; I use a KVM.

Any ideas? Please feel free to be verbose; keep it offlist if you must,
but I think it's an acceptable topic (who am I to say <grin>?).

I want to buy by the end of the weekend.

Thanks.
