Put a modern power supply into an LSI-11 and no problem. Really, the Intel fab down the street has had a 10KW solar array for at least 15 years with a footprint not much larger than a current-day American pick-up, so you could run just about any PDP-11 off of solar if you wanted. A fully-loaded PDP-10, say, might be a challenge. ;-) Dworkin ------------------------------------------ 9fans: 9fans Permalink: https://9fans.topicbox.com/groups/9fans/Ta2daa125d4e9e0e7-M8f1ea064677ef3de8af0a008 Delivery options: https://9fans.topicbox.com/groups/9fans/subscription
