I can actually answer this one, if only for myself: I have been exploring the rabbit-hole of higher-level languages, each one clamoring for attention. c, rust, zig, haskell, etc, etc, ... It gets exhausting and makes one want to retreat to assembly. But a clean assembly. Like RISC-V.
