I pass russ's test with flying colors on OSX (native acme from p9p), and Plan 9. i can't get the extra mouse buttons to work on the X11 acme :)
now, if you want something a bit more difficult, try opening a file named "test(1).txt" from within acme :) it's not exactly trivial.
