A WHOIS performs a lookup on the Domain ownership records for the first-level domain name only. Other subdomain names aren't covered in this information as they are maintained by the organization.
What does this have to do with your e-mail issue? If you're having a problem with the servers rejecting mail, I suggest you contact Mr. Walden, or the Organization directly, to get the Administrator's name for those servers.
