Look in
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{ABC-123...XYZ}\Microsoft\Outlook Express
The file will be called "REGISTERED.DBX". You can copy this to any
version of Outlook Express of 5 or greater by placing it in its store
folder. (like above), or using the File > Import function in OE.
The same process can be used to backup and restore OE email stores.
