Look around Ebay..especially if you are academic in any way..The 4 I bought were in sealed MS boxes with the code numbers on the top label and the activation codes inside on the MS folder that contained the CD..BTW, these were upgrades, but they will do a full install if you have a legal 98 cd to let it read as it starts out..I have been told, by a tech, that 1 XP Pro will do 2 systems..I can't swear to that for I had one for each system.. --Phyllis
