Hi, Lazarr
You can copy and paste the name of the file into Google and search out
its purpose. That will provide an answer, I am sure.
You need to upgrade and get away from 98, it is the worst system M$

Overcome the enemy of simplicity,
The uncarved block (P'u)
--------
Darkness penetrates,
but can not itself be perceived.
To be careful,
to act after taking precautions.
To be cautious,
to refrain due to doubt or suspician.
Put an end to human fabrication,
return to original nature.
Uncarved wood.
Still waters.
