Try clicking the Refresh button.
Or, can you tell me:
The version of Windows you're using, and the model and name of the
modem you're using, and the ISP provider.
Where did you get the modem from? Have you tried contacting your ISP
for drivers?

this is what I had to deal with. After adding a clean hard drive and using
the restore discs, the drivers and software for my ISP aren't there. SBC has
to send me a new disc with program and drivers. I took the computer apart
and got the modem info, but I will wait to get everything from SBC, but after
using the discs, I have a new problem.....now I don't have the drivers for my
ZIP drive. It's telling me to insert the Windows ME disc, which wasn't
provided by Compaq, cuz it's all on the restore disc.

The NTKERN.VXD device loaders for this device couldn't load the device
drivers.
To fix this, click update driver to update the device driver......I click to
update driver and get a new message.......

the file USBNTMAP.SYS was not found windows needs the disc labeled Win
Millennium Edition to continue

It needs to copy files from c:\windows\options\install

I have no idea what else is going to be messed up since I put in a new drive.
