I just checked, and you are absolutely right. To my astonishment that feature is not included with AVG 7.0. I assumed it was there because I can do it to a file, which of course goes to heart of this question. Still, AVG WILL send it to the virus vault if detected. This also assumes that one keeps the program updated with the latest virus definitions. This leaves me wondering if it was also left out of version 6.0? This does not alarm me too much but it would be nice if that option was given to the user. By the way, I wasn't saying you were confused, just elaborating to the group as a whole in case there was any confusion over this.
