Yesterday I installed a new DVD Burner [internal] checked the jumpers, downloaded the software, and went to work. Came home turned on the system and nothing! Monitor was black! All of the lights were green and blinking on the Tower, plus the drives. The drives will not open [CD-R/RW], [DVD-R/RW] both have green blinking lights. Also, the fan goes off and on. So, I uninstalled the new drive [DVD-R/RW], and tried to turn on the system and got nothing but blinking lights on the Tower. Monitor is still black, and I am in the dark. Any ideas?
