You can install the patches even if they're already installed.
You'll need to download the KBxxxxxxx.exe files for each hotfix and
the install them one at a time.  
You can use a program called QCHAIN (provided by Microsoft) to install
many updates before needing to reboot.
There are also some online pre-made archives with many hotfixes and
the QChain already setup.
