Okay I took a screen shot of this. I click on a Window and drang it
is still slowing catches up to where I moved it and in Windows
Explorer when your click on some thing its like its like has jerky
movment ..

If you click on a Window and drang it you get this jerky movment or
shade look very strange its like the computer is having hard time
refrashing it self like not refrashing enough to give that clean
movment
