Please use punctuation.

If you already have the driver files, such as on your Dell Driver
recovery disc.

1) Insert the driver recovery disc.
2) If a program starts up, select the Reinstall Ethernet or LAN card
drive option, if not:
2b) Find the Drivers or LAN or Network folder and run SETUP.EXE
3) If this method does not work, use the Device Manager to find the
driver and install it using Windows:
Click Start > Control Panel > System > [Hardware] > {Device Manager}.
Find the device "Ethernet Controller" which has the Yellow Exclamation
mark beside it.
Double click the device and select the {Reinstall Driver} or {Upgrade
Driver} buttons, or look under the [Drivers] tab for the buttons.
