Like I said, the only site I'm having problems with is
Safe-Mail. In order to save pics in a jpeg format, I
must forward them to another e-mail such as Yahoo.
There I can save them as jpegs. I have converted BMP
images to jpegs but they come out in a "halftone"
format, lots of dots. While this may be great for
rotogravure printing, it is certainly not HALF the
quality of even a compressed jpeg file.
