Dr. Watson is the Windows NT debugger program. It's used to create memory dumps of crashed programs and log the errors. Your problem is with the Windows shell (EXPLORER.EXE), and not Dr. Watson. The wireless connectivity problem may be due to either: your wirless drivers are outdated or incompatible with the Wireless Zero Configuration service, or due to an insercured access point (which requires a second confirmation by the user to connect to). The shell problem is not known. It may be from a shell extension, or skinning program that is incompatible with SP2. Some shell enhancements use drivers that may need to be updated. If uninstalling shell enhancements doesn't help, or doesn't apply, try reinstalling Service Pack 2 from the Network installation copy from: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=049C9DBE-3B8E-4F30-8245-9E368D3CDB5A&displaylang=en
