If you wish to ask a new question, don't use the reply function. This creates a problem with the post's thread nesting functions.
As you can see the previous and unrelated question has been appended to this posting and this posting has been joined as a follow-up to the previous posting. As for your posting, you either have: insufficient access rights to the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder, or the destination file exists and isn't being overwritten or a virus (or downloaded file corruption) has corrupted the file or placed a file lock on the file. Remedies: 1) Make sure you are using an account that is part of the Administrators group. 2) Redownload the installation source. 3) Abort installation and manually delete the file, if possible. If you are doing an upgrade, uninstall the previous version and reboot before trying again. 4) Check the system for viruses or trojans. 5) Clear the %TEMP% and C:\WINDOWS\TEMP folders and try again. --- In [email protected], "John furhd" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hi > when ever i try to install Z/A a get vaidation failed for > c:\windows\system32\vsmonapi.dll can anyone tell me what to do? > > >From: Michael Cedeno <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > >Reply-To: [email protected] > >To: [email protected] > >Subject: Re: [A-1-Computer_Tech] Can No Longer Save Web Pictures in JPG > >Date: Wed, 23 Feb 2005 07:03:59 -0800 (PST) > > > > > Open the saved photos in a photo program then save > > > to JPEG > > > >The problem with this is quality loss. > > > >Mike > > > > > > > >__________________________________ > >Do you Yahoo!? > >Yahoo!
