If you wish to ask a new question, don't use the reply function.  This
creates a problem with the post's thread nesting functions.

As you can see the previous and unrelated question has been appended
to this posting and this posting has been joined as a follow-up to the
previous posting.

As for your posting, you either have: insufficient access rights to
the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder, or the destination file exists and
isn't being overwritten or a virus (or downloaded file corruption) has
corrupted the file or placed a file lock on the file.

Remedies:
1) Make sure you are using an account that is part of the
Administrators group.
2) Redownload the installation source.
3) Abort installation and manually delete the file, if possible.  If
you are doing an upgrade, uninstall the previous version and reboot
before trying again.
4) Check the system for viruses or trojans.
5) Clear the %TEMP% and C:\WINDOWS\TEMP folders and try again.
