Well I flashed the drive and it was successful but the DVDs didn't
work!!
And formatted the drive again but not using a quick format
I also took-off the BIOS battery and RAMs but the computer refused to
start without RAM
Then put RAMs back and tested with no battery for BIOS and this also
didn't do anything.
I also removed all drives and booted then turned off computer and put
them back with no luck.
I don't think there are any more tricks.
 
What is the idea of the CDs working and DVDs not!! With just a DMA
click.

 Disable DMA first.  If this doesn't work try the firmware flash.
(Sometimes a firmware flash is needed to make DMA work later)
